Ashamed Dreams.

having freedom.
letting us do what we like.
all of us want this.
but when asked of what we truly what.
how many of us can safely say what we desire?

all of us know that deep down.
in that darkest corner, we all have aspirations.
dreams. hopes. expectations that we have for ourselves, that we want to achieve.
but why then when being questioned, our tendency is to hide?
are we ashamed of what we what to be?
are we ashamed of our dreams and aspirations?
are we ashamed of ourselves?

A: what do you want to do next time?
B: in the future?
A: uh huh...
B: i don't know.

how can people not know about such stuff?
do we truly have no clue.
or are we so unsure of ourselves even at that particular moment.
things like such change.
but no matter what.
we will know.
no matter how we try to lie to ourselves.
we do know.

if you asked me a question like A did.
i would not have a clear image as well.
things that would happen a decade from now is too hard to tell.
but one thing i am positive.
and this stand of mine will not waver.

ailyn will be doing she really enjoys and excited and happy about.
she will be one who would report for work with a smile on her face every single day.
that's what i want.
simply but difficult.
